Svart högdensitetsbläck för knivskarpa screenfilmer med
Epson skrivare

Sedan introduktionen av Epson Stylus Pro x400 och x800 storformatskrivare, har det varit
i princip omöjligt att uppnå tillräckligt hög densitet för screentrycksfilmer med originalbläcket K3.

Då alternativa inställningar i hårdvaran för att uppnå en högre färgmängd kan skada skrivhuvudena över tiden, har PerfectProof
utvecklat ett nytt slags bläck som fungerar med Epsons normalinställningar. För att passa alla typer av Epsonskrivare finns
det två typer av 220 ml bläckpatroner:

Detta nya bläck har en rad imponerande egenskaper:

• Densitet på upp till 4 Dmax (Dmax 3.6 anses som hög kvalitet)
• Fullt kompatibelt med Epson SP x400- och x800-skrivare och UltraChromeTM K3 bläck

Densiteterna ovan uppnåddes med Epson Stylus Pro 4000, 4400, 4800, 7400, 7600, 7800, 9400, 9600 och 9800 inkjetskrivare
med PerfectProof High Density Ink Jet Film och Black Ink, vid utskrifter via ProofMaster mjukvaruripp, med tillägget RasterCreator.

PerfectProof High-Density Black Ink

Applications: PerfectProof's High-Density Black ink is designed specifically for making prints on clear film
for silk-screen and serigraphic applications.

Maximum density: Using PerfectProof's High-Density Ink-Jet Film, we have achieved maximum densities
of 4.8. Use with other films may produce lower densities.

Compatible printers: Part nr. 28001: Epson Stylus Pro 4000, 4400, 4800, 7600 and 9600
Part nr. 28002: Epson Stylus Pro 7400, 7800, 9400 and 9800

Contents: 220 ml

Installation: The printer sees the cartridges as Matte Black cartridges. The installation procedure to follow
depends on the type of black ink currently installed in the printer. See below:

Printer currently using Matte Black ink

If the printer already contains a Matte Black ink
cartridge, then the new cartridge can be installed
without changes to the printer. However, please remember that after the new cartridge is inserted,
a substantial amount of the old black ink remains
in the tubes connecting the print head to the
cartridge. This old ink should be purged before
tests of the new ink can begin. This can be done
by a Power Cleaning:

• Select Menu
• Select Maintenance
• Select Power Cleaning

Once the process is launched, simply follow the instructions on the printer's control panel.

Printer currently using Photo Black ink

There is a special procedure to follow to convert
from Photo Black to Matte Black inks. This
procedure is well documented in the printer's
User Manual. This conversion is launched from
the printer's control panel:

• Select Menu
• Select Maintenance
• Select Black ink change

Once the process is launched, simply follow the
instructions on the printer's control panel. This
process includes a purge of the old Photo Black ink
in the tubing connecting the print head to the cartridge
so there is no need to purge afterwards.

För bästa möjliga resultat bör du använda PerfectProof High-Density Ink Jet Film.
På grund av den höga precision som krävs för att producera ett screenraster så
stöds bara ett begränsat urval av skrivare och modeller till denna funktion.
